1.  What did you learn about "lifelong wellness" from taking this activity class?

 

The biggest thing I learned from taking this strength and tone class is how much better I feel mentally, emotionally and physically when I exercise regularly. I feel best when I watch calorie intake, stop eating when I'm full and exercise regularly

 

2.  How would you apply this information to your life?

 

I apply the things I've learned from this class to my life by using exercise as medicine.  If I feel down or stressed it always helps me to exercise.  I feel more motivated to eat right when I exercise and when I eat right I feel especially great, not to mention how good I feel by gaining some muscle!

 

3.  What is your intention to continue to exercise in your life and why?

 

I want to continue to exercise for several reasons:

1.  I feel happier and less stressed when I exercised.

2.  I lost 5 pounds and gained muscle from taking this class and it feels great to be my ideal body weight.

3.  I get less winded when taking the stairs or walking long distances.  My heart feels stronger!

 

4.  General ideas for improving this course?

 

I loved the information that was given on certain days about proper exercising and lifting techniques, proper calorie intake, etc. I would have liked to learn more!
