1.  What did you learn about "lifelong wellness" from taking this activity class?

 

I learned that stretching makes me feel better emotionally. It's a great way to relax. I also learned that stretching after a workout really helps prevent sore muscles. 

 

2.  How would you apply this information to your life?

 

Stretch when I need some relaxation!

 

3.  What is your intention to continue to exercise in your life and why?

 

I want to continue to stretch after exercise because I hate having sore muscles and I want to maintain my flexibility for when I get older.

 

4.  General ideas for improving this course?

 

I really enjoyed learning about different stretches and what to do with sore muscles (tennis ball). I don't think it needs improving!
